Fossil is a staple in the watch and accessories industry, known for its stylish, high-quality pieces that are both fun and accessible. Since its early days, the brand has proudly supported the LGBTQ+ community through various initiatives and partnerships.
In 2022, for the second consecutive year, Fossil donated 100% of the proceeds from its Pride Collection to The Trevor Project, a non-profit dedicated to providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ youth. But this time, the brand aimed to go beyond donations and launch a campaign that truly centered the voices of the community.

THE WORK
Our approach with the #TakeAMinute campaign was to guide Fossil in pausing all product-driven content throughout June, allowing LGBTQ+ creators and employees to lead the conversation on the brand’s social channels. This was an opportunity for Fossil to actively demonstrate its allyship and encourage its audience to take a moment to listen, learn, and reflect.
As art director and motion designer, my role was to create the campaign’s animations, social content, and digital assets.
